About The Position

The Lakehouse Server Assistant provides dining support at The Lakehouse, an outdoor poolside restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. The restaurant serves familiar favorites and Southern comfort food inspired by local waters, vegetation, and farms. This is a temporary seasonal, full-time role expected to run through January 10, 2027, with potential opportunities for extension and/or permanent placement based on performance and business needs. The role supports food servers and bartenders with service, restaurant setup and clearing, stocking, polishing, and maintaining back-of-house areas and supplies.

Requirements

Have 1–2 years of prior experience working in Food & Beverage.
Be fluent in English and possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
Have a sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Have good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Be able to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
Have a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility for the role within the team.
Have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Background in fine dining or resort experience, with an emphasis on high volume.

Responsibilities

Assist food servers and bartenders with serving food and with setting up and clearing china, glassware, and silverware.
Polish glassware and stock the bar and lounge with appropriate glassware, linens, and other service tools.
Organize and clean the back-of-house area.
Requisition dry goods and operating supplies.
