About The Position

Quail Ridge, a private country club, is seeking an experienced, polished, and service-oriented Server for its Food & Beverage team. The Server provides thoughtful, personalized service to members and their guests, builds relationships, anticipates needs, and helps deliver an elevated dining experience in a warm and welcoming manner. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, understands upscale dining standards, and takes pride in attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork. This is a seasonal, full-time position with flexible scheduling that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience in upscale, fine dining, private club, hotel, or high-end hospitality environments.
Strong knowledge of professional dining room service and hospitality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop genuine relationships with members and guests.
Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain calm, gracious, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

Food safety and alcohol-service certifications are preferred; they may be required based on position responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to members and their guests.
Demonstrate knowledge of food, beverages, menus, daily features, and service standards.
Anticipate member needs and consistently exceed expectations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with culinary and service teams.
Maintain attention to detail throughout the dining experience.
Set, maintain, and reset tables and service areas according to Quail Ridge standards.
Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and timing.
Collaborate with servers, bartenders, culinary team members, captains, and management to ensure seamless service.
Handle member requests, concerns, and special occasions professionally and discreetly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished appearance and service environment.
Follow club policies, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
Contribute to a positive team culture and support colleagues during busy periods.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with members and guests.
