About The Position

Callahan Construction Managers is seeking a Labor Foreman to join their growing team. This is a working Foreman role where the candidate will provide complete supervision and responsibility for job site field operations as directed by project Superintendents. Strong people management skills are required to ensure project success, including meeting construction deadlines.

Requirements

• Construction work experience necessary
• Reliable transportation
• Report to work on time
• Must be able to lift 50 Lbs
• Willingness to undertake training if necessary

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members
• Cultivate working relationship with project Superintendent
• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment
• Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment
• Removing debris, garbage, and materials from sites
• Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding
• Assisting contractors, e.g. electricians and painters, as required
• Following all health and safety regulations
