About The Position

The Label Machine Operator is responsible for reading and running orders and keeping label machines loaded. The role requires communication and readiness for size changes, along with dusting and general machine cleaning. Other duties may extend beyond those listed. This is a full-time, year-round position on the Pear Line at Old Station, working the day shift from 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours and workdays may vary depending on production. A pre-employment drug test is required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of running orders.
• Knowledge of fruit sizes, grades, and varieties.
• Flexibility with the work schedule.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work closely with and get along with coworkers.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
