About The Position

RISK inc is an international iGaming company specializing in identifying and fostering the growth of high-potential entertainment markets. With over 1000 professionals in more than 20 locations, they operate in 10 countries, serving over 300,000 customers. They are looking for a KYC & Compliance Officer to lead comprehensive KYC/KYB due diligence, drive the onboarding process with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and banks, facilitate B2B cooperation, develop and improve KYC processes and AML policies, and administer and optimize KYC tools for deep counterparty screening and ongoing monitoring.

Requirements

Proven compliance experience in High-Risk sectors (Payment Systems, Crypto Exchanges).
Active professional AML/CFT / KYC Officer certification (e.g., ACAMS/CAMS, ICA, CySEC, or equivalent).
Deep understanding of international KYC/AML procedures, counterparty verification, and regulatory requirements.
Practical, hands-on experience with compliance software, transaction monitoring tools, and PEP/sanction screening platforms.

Nice To Haves

Background in iGaming is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive KYC/KYB due diligence for all counterparties, ensuring full regulatory compliance and effective risk mitigation.
Drive the onboarding process with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and banks, acting as a key compliance partner to internal teams and managing all documentation.
Facilitate B2B cooperation by managing company onboarding with external partners, expertly handling KYC questionnaires and corporate documents.
Develop and continuously improve KYC processes and AML policies, specifically tailored to counterparty verification and PSP relations.
Administer and optimize KYC tools for deep counterparty screening and ongoing monitoring.
