KYC Analyst

Flex
•$80,000 - $100,000

About The Position

Flex is hiring its first KYC Analysts to build and operate a new KYC function. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Crimes, the KYC Analyst will own onboarding and review decisions, including applications routed to manual review and existing accounts flagged for review. The role involves validating customer information, collecting and assessing documentation, and deciding whether customers can be onboarded, need to provide additional information, or should be escalated. The position will initially focus on clearing the review backlog and keeping onboarding moving while balancing review quality and speed. Over time, the analyst will help improve procedures, define standards for strong KYC files, identify patterns and process gaps, and help shape how the team operates. The analyst will work with Risk, Operations, Support, leadership, and the bank partner program, and will stay current on AML typologies and regulatory guidance. The role is suited to someone with experience in KYC, onboarding, customer due diligence, or financial crimes who is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and wants to help design a growing function. The position is available in San Francisco, Miami, New York, or fully remote. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year, with eligibility for equity compensation. Flex offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
