About The Position

This role serves as a key support function within the organization, focusing on business operations, administrative tasks, and fostering team engagement. The Korean Bilingual Business Support will manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional activities, administer productivity tools, streamline work processes, and provide support for visitors and team events. The position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Korean, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, business operations, or administrative support.
  • Experience with budget management, financial tracking, or accounting operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Korean required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budget adherence and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Support purchasing, procurement, and contract-related tasks.
  • Coordinate cross-organizational activities and act as a liaison between internal departments and external parties.
  • Manage productivity service subscriptions and Confluence administration.
  • Organize Confluence pages and maintain user access management.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, document workflows, and provide operational support.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Provide visitor support including registration, workspace setup, and on-site assistance.
  • Coordinate with IT, facilities, and security for visitor requirements.
  • Support the planning and execution of organizational engagement activities.
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue arrangement, and vendor coordination.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide flexible support across departments.
