About The Position

This is a 1-year contract position for a Korean Bilingual Business Support role, working from 9 am to 6 pm on-site. The role involves a range of responsibilities including accounting and budget management, internal collaboration, productivity tool administration, work process management, visitor support, team engagement program support, and general administrative duties. The pay rate is $31/hr DOE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, business operations, or administrative support
  • Experience with budget management, financial tracking, or accounting operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Korean required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • experience with Confluence or similar collaboration tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Budget management, budget system operations and processing, monthly forecasting
  • Monitor budget adherence and identify areas for cost optimization
  • Central Point Support for purchasing, procurement, Company Group Affiliates contract-related tasks, and other cross-organizational coordination
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth cross-functional operations
  • Management of various productivity service subscriptions, Confluence administration, and confluence page organization
  • Maintain user access management and ensure tools are up to date and functioning efficiently
  • Schedule management, meeting arrangement, workflow documentation, and operational support
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Visitor registration, workspace/environment setup, and on-site support for visitors and external collaborators
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, facilities, and security to ensure all visitor requirements are met in advance
  • Planning and execution support for organizational engagement activities
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue arrangement, and vendor coordination
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and organizational initiatives
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide flexible support across departments as needed
