About The Position

This role serves as a key support function within the organization, focusing on business operations, administrative tasks, and fostering internal collaboration. The Korean Bilingual Business Support will manage budgets, administer productivity tools, coordinate various work processes, support visitors, and contribute to team engagement programs. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Korean, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, business operations, or administrative support.
  • Experience with budget management, financial tracking, or accounting operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Korean required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budget adherence, system operations, processing, and monthly forecasting, identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Provide central support for purchasing, procurement, contract-related tasks with Samsung Group Affiliates, and cross-organizational coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external parties for smooth cross-functional operations.
  • Manage productivity service subscriptions, Confluence administration, and page organization, including user access and tool efficiency.
  • Handle schedule management, meeting arrangements, workflow documentation, and operational support, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Support visitors with registration, workspace setup, and on-site assistance, coordinating with IT, facilities, and security.
  • Assist in planning and executing organizational engagement activities, managing logistics like scheduling, venue, and vendor coordination.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide flexible support across departments.
