About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while helping maintain a clean, stocked deli area. The role includes answering questions about menu offerings, preparing deli products according to designated preparation guides, and supporting food safety procedures. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including cashiering, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, and keep them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures for maintaining proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
