About The Position

As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you provide customer service while keeping the deli area clean, stocked, and supplied with fresh offerings. The role includes answering questions about menu items, responding to customer needs, preparing deli products according to designated preparation guides, and following company policies and procedures to maintain food safety. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including cashiering, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
