About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Team Member passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. The role involves working with a team to prepare a menu that includes scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with whole ingredients. Full- or part-time positions are available, and morning/daytime availability is required. Shifts vary from week to week based on customer traffic and the time of year. All locations are closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have morning/daytime availability.
• Must be attentive to compliance with local, state, and federal food-handler and sanitation regulations.
• Must be able to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts, with limited opportunities for sitting; essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, with shifts varying according to customer traffic and time of year.
• Must have a can-do attitude and the ability to prepare meal items quickly, confidently, and accurately.
• Must be able to multitask, learn from mistakes, and assist other departments proactively.
