About The Position
Join the team at Pirates Voyage Dinner Attraction in Pigeon Forge, creating high-energy dining experiences for thousands weekly. We are seeking a dynamic leader for our back-of-house, managing the "magic behind the menu" in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As Kitchen Lead, you will command a high-volume show kitchen, managing staff and ensuring the flawless, simultaneous service of our four-course feast. Responsibilities include maintaining strict safety, sanitation, and quality standards while leading the team to success.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a low-stress team environment with a set schedule.
- Strong knowledge of culinary procedures.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
