Requirements
- Experience managing in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments.
- Detail oriented and a deep knowledge of professional kitchen procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities
- Train and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring everyone is ready for showtime.
- Oversee back-of-house operations with a focus on safety, sanitation, and impeccable quality standards.
- Perform weekly assessments and manage ordering.
- Direct waste prevention efforts while ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our "star-quality" standards.
