Requirements
- Love the restaurant industry
- Assist team members to achieve their goals
- Literacy in Computers and Basic Math
- Strong skills of observation
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Great oral and written communication
- Exceptional follow-through skills
- Must be willing to consent to a background check
Responsibilities
- Supports the General Manager in all aspects of back of house operations
- Identifies & Develops Future leaders
- Assists with training new team members
- Maintains a fun and professional work environment
- Maintains standards: food quality, visual and taste standards
- Is a presence throughout the kitchen
- Monitors dish team productivity and cleanliness
- Supports the front of house staff
- Maintains an upbeat kitchen energy
- Quickly and professionally supports the Kitchen Manager in team communications
- Monitors business levels and adjusts pars and orders accordingly
- Supports Front of House Leadership & Team
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards including health inspection high scores
- Consistently be the model team member
- Consistently on time for scheduled shifts
- Consistently complete the tasks by assigned times
- Complete applicable check lists, order guides and count sheets on time
