About The Position

We’re hiring a Lead Cook who can own the line and help keep our kitchen running at a high level. This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy Mediterranean restaurant where quality and consistency matter every shift. You’ll run key stations during peak service, keep tickets moving, support and coach the cooks around you, and work closely with management on prep and daily production. We need someone who stays calm under pressure and sets a strong example.

Requirements

• Solid high-volume kitchen experience
• Reliable, team-oriented, and food-safety focused

Nice To Haves

• Previous lead or senior cook experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of Mediterranean-style cooking a plus
