About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Designer / Inside Sales Consultant to guide clients through the kitchen remodeling process from first contact to final purchase. This role focuses on consultation, relationship-building, and sales—not creating technical designs.
Requirements
- Passion for kitchen design and home aesthetics
- Proven inside sales or consultative sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand needs, style preferences, and budgets
- Guide clients through the full project journey, from inquiry to order completion
- Present kitchen products, finishes, and solutions with confidence
- Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure a smooth process
- Follow up with leads and manage inside sales pipeline
