About The Position

Performs specialized cleaning of the Casino/Hotel/SPA and F&B premises using specialized or skilled cleaning methodologies. This includes detailed cleaning of kitchen machinery and spa and casino floor areas. The role also involves general floor care, operating and maintaining heavy cleaning equipment, identifying and reporting unsafe conditions, and providing excellent guest service. Compliance with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures, and Tribal Regulations is required.

Requirements

Must be able to communicate in English.
5 years of custodial experience including experience with specialized cleaning equipment.
Must have a valid driver’s license from the state of California.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed cleaning of specialized areas, including kitchen machinery and spa and casino floor areas.
Perform general floor care as needed (i.e., strip, wax, sweeps, mops, vacuums floors, cleans carpets).
Clean and sanitize cook’s line in all food outlets.
Clean and sanitize all food storage areas as well as shipping/receiving areas.
Operate and perform preventive maintenance of all heavy cleaning equipment, i.e., street sweeper, utility carts, power wash, genie lifts, pallet jacks.
Identify and notify supervisor of any unsafe conditions or areas, machinery that require attention or repair, and when materials and chemicals require restocking.
Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients.
Comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.
