About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and deliver high-quality food to customers. The role includes preparing and cooking food, maintaining inventory and food quality, completing cleaning and sanitation tasks, and following health, safety, and company procedures. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow the Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food and stock inventory; maintain food quality and portion control when cooking and serving at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure food is served accurately and promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
