About The Position

This role is built for proven designers who want higher earnings without chasing bad leads, a faster, cleaner sales process, and more control over their book of business. The company offers real income leverage with up to 15% commission, plus up to 3% on self-generated work, and monthly bonuses up to $10K, with no artificial caps or territories limiting upside. They provide better appointments with pre-qualified, high-intent homeowners, higher average tickets, and no cold calling or retail floor time, with efficient scheduling of a maximum of 2 consults per day. The role allows selling and designing without friction through a proven sales process, flexible design tools (20/20 Design or similar), and strong operational support. There is a performance-based growth opportunity with a clear path to Sales Manager/leadership and a profit-sharing opportunity after 5 years. The role involves leading in-home sales consultations, guiding homeowners through design and investment decisions, creating and presenting tailored kitchen/bath solutions, owning the sale from first appointment to signed agreement, helping create Raving Fans, maintaining strong client communication, and generating referrals.

Requirements

Personally closed $1M+ annually in residential remodeling sales
Confident in the home and know how to control a consultation
Frustrated by weak leads, slow internal processes, and capped commissions
Want income to reflect actual performance
