About The Position
At Pinkbox Doughnuts, Managers and Assistant Managers are responsible for orchestrating a symphony of sweetness to delight our customers and maximize our donut-driven profits. They are responsible for hiring and training team members, ensuring each sugary treat meets high standards, and leading the confectionary crew.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a BOH/Kitchen setting, preferably in a bakery or pastry setting.
- Ready to dive headfirst into the delightful world of donuts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of store team members
- Support labor scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational needs
- Monitor payroll, labor costs, and store productivity metrics
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
- Open and close store operations, including cash handling and deposit procedures
- Keep a watchful eye on inventory, sales reports, and employee performance
- Ensure donut creations are fresh, tantalizing, and ready to satisfy cravings
- Champion efforts to boost sales and drive customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to the donut dream team, handling scheduling, training, and any sticky situations
- Prioritize customer happiness, ensuring every visit to our shop is a delightful experience
