About The Position
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. We want to hear from people who have a: Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children. Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that? Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah. Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class. Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First! Your DNA: Command Presence: Set the bar high and speak with authority Passionate: Strong love for coaching Mentor: Form deep relationships with KidStrong families Performer: Fun, likable, and a joy to be around. Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
- Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
- Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
- Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
- Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time
- Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
- Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
- Assist in community events and center initiatives
- Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center
