KidStrong is a rapidly growing company that helps parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids to make a positive impact on their lives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and contributing to their development within a fun, energetic, and professional team environment.
Requirements
- Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
- Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
- CPR certified.
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter that just gets a job done.
Nice To Haves
- Athletic or coaching background.
- Experience coaching kids ages 15mo-8 years old.
- Pediatric OT/PT experience.
Responsibilities
- Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (15 months to 8 years old).
- Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
- Engage with parents and kids enthusiastically.
- Conduct private class coaching sessions to increase scheduled hours.
