About The Position

KidStrong is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join their team as KidStrong Coaches. As a Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering KidStrong's dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. This role involves delivering fun and engaging classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for children aged walking to 11 years old. Coaches are expected to understand and communicate the KidStrong programs, achieve Coach Certification through training programs, create positive interactions with families, ensure classes run smoothly and on time, keep families engaged, and coach classes, camps, and other events. Additionally, coaches will assist in community events and center initiatives, and participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center.

Requirements

• Passion for Kids: Must love working with children.
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• CPR Certified: Or willingness to get it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
• Understand the KidStrong programs and communicate them effectively.
• Achieve Coach Certification and continuously improve skills through training programs.
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
• Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong.
• Coach class, camps, movie nights, and other requested activities.
• Assist in community events and center initiatives.
• Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center.
