About The Position

KidStrong is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join their team as a KidStrong Coach. As a Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering their dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. The role involves delivering fun and engaging classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for children aged walking to 11 years old. Coaches are expected to understand and communicate the KidStrong programs, achieve Coach Certification, and continuously improve their skills through training programs. Creating positive interactions with families and ensuring classes run smoothly and on time are key responsibilities. Coaches will also be involved in coaching classes, camps, movie nights, assisting in community events, and maintaining the center's upkeep.

Requirements

• Passion for Kids: Must love working with children.
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• CPR Certified: Or willingness to get it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
• Understand and communicate the KidStrong programs.
• Achieve Coach Certification and continue to develop skills through training programs.
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
• Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong.
• Coach class, camps, movie nights, and other center activities as requested by leaders.
• Assist in community events and center initiatives.
• Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center.
