About The Position

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a Temporary Kids Ministry Associate Director to serve at our Troy campus. This role supports the Kids Ministry Director in carrying out the mission of partnering with parents to help children discover and follow Jesus for a lifetime. The Temporary Associate Director will provide key leadership in volunteer systems, Sunday operations, and ministry logistics. This includes supporting volunteer onboarding (Child Protection Program, background checks, and training), coordinating volunteer leaders, and helping ensure a smooth and welcoming Sunday experience through Connect Desk oversight and scheduling. This role also assists with ministry systems such as Ministry Platform, child check-in, and curriculum logistics, as well as helping plan and execute Kids Ministry events.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Kids or Children’s Ministry (early childhood preferred).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong relational and communication skills.
• Spiritual maturity and a heart aligned with the mission and values of Woodside Bible Church.
• Membership at our Woodside Troy campus.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
