About The Position

The Kids For All Seasons Attendant provides support for Explorer Island, a recreational area at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. Explorer Island features a family pool, splash zone, lazy river, The Drop, beach volleyball, basketball, The Hideout gaming area, and the complimentary Kids for All Seasons program. The attendant provides excellent service to guests of all ages and engages children in activities while maintaining a safe environment. Activities may include water sports, kids' games, and poolside movies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Comfortable working outside for 8–10 hours.
• Sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic and sense of responsibility for the role within the team.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
