About The Position

Join the Kids Club team as an on-call team member. Provide a fun, safe, and interesting environment for guests five to twelve years old while complying with Four Seasons standards and policies. Respond to interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve guest satisfaction and comfort. The position is at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, on Florida’s Gulf Coast in Southwest Florida. The resort includes private residences, a hotel, a spa and fitness center, dining outlets, outdoor recreation, a tennis center, a golf course, bowling, a movie theater, and a private club. US work authorization is required.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience.
Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard credentials.
Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
US work authorization.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience working with children in this age group is preferred.

Responsibilities

Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities—including swimming, outdoor games and activities, and arts and crafts—based on children’s ages and skill levels, ensuring their safety.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Answer questions about Naples.
Play a variety of sports and recreational activities.
Maintain accurate records of children in attendance, safety waivers, children’s birthdays, and cards.
Assist instructors with room setup and breakdown.
