About The Position

The Kid's Club Attendant provides a fun, safe, and engaging environment for guests ages five to twelve while complying with Four Seasons standards and policies. The attendant responds to interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to support guest satisfaction and comfort. The role involves organizing and monitoring activities, maintaining attendance and safety records, assisting instructors, and working professionally with colleagues and supervisors at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard credentials.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience working with children in the five-to-twelve age group is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities—including swimming, outdoor games and activities, and arts and crafts—based on children's ages and skill levels while ensuring their safety.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Answer questions about Naples.
• Play a variety of sports and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate records of children in attendance, safety waivers, children's birthdays, and cards.
• Assist instructors with room setup and breakdown.
