About The Position

The Kids For All Seasons Attendant supports Explorer Island, a recreational area at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. The area includes a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, The Drop, beach volleyball, basketball, The Hideout gaming area, and the complimentary Kids for All Seasons program. The attendant provides engaging service to guests of all ages, participates in activities with children, and helps maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior related experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors for 8–10 hours.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic and a sense of responsibility for the role within the team.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities
