About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a dependable, caring, and trustworthy Kids Club Associate for its childcare team. The role focuses on creating a safe, fun, and active environment for children and supporting effective Kids Club operations. The associate communicates with children, parents, staff, and gym management and helps maintain a welcoming atmosphere. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager and requires prior childcare or Kids Club experience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

The associate supervises children, supports reservations and records, develops age-appropriate activities, follows emergency procedures, and maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the Kids Club and throughout the gym. The role may require evening and weekend availability. CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire, and candidates must successfully pass a background check. The listed hourly pay range is $10–$11 USD, with eligibility for additional tenure pay.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
• Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing and enriching environment for their growth and development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate Kids Club operating hours.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and thorough approach to problem solving, with good time-management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move about club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from a computer database or email system.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively and lift more than 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for children aged two to twelve years old.
• Supervise children's activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage reservations and child agreements, communicate efficiently with parents, and track bookings.
• Support daily and weekly tasks and help ensure efficient team operations.
• Implement Kids Club emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
• Develop age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Kids Club and throughout the gym, including regular club walks and bathroom checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Communicate Kids Club policies, procedures, and updates to parents, staff, and gym management.
• Foster positive relationships with members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.
