About The Position

The Kids Class Manager oversees TOCA’s kids’ soccer program, ensuring that it runs smoothly and grows. The role involves planning engaging soccer classes, building and supporting a team of coaches, and creating a safe, exciting environment where children can enjoy learning the game. The manager is responsible for program marketing and growth, class operations, and coach development, and works with parents, schools, local sports clubs, and TOCA leadership.

Requirements

1–2 years of operations leadership experience.
Experience managing kids’ sports programs or coaching.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
Passion for soccer and for creating an exciting, safe environment for young players.
Availability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute strategies to attract players and grow the program, working with parents, schools, and local sports clubs.
Manage budgets, track performance, and meet monthly program goals.
Engage past clients, implement “Win Back” strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
Coach soccer classes for different age groups while maintaining a safe and structured environment.
Prepare the field and equipment and coordinate preparations for classes.
Schedule coaches for programs.
Address feedback and concerns to keep classes fun and engaging.
Recruit, train, and support coaches, ensuring they follow TOCA’s class methodology and curriculum.
Provide ongoing feedback and experience reviews to support coach performance.
Partner with leadership to maintain clear communication and smooth scheduling.
