About The Position

Automotive Warranty Network, Inc. is hiring experienced Kia Warranty Administrators to manage warranty claims for its Kia dealership clients. The role requires prior automotive dealership experience managing warranty claims and focuses on accurate claims processing, customer service, dealership training opportunities, and professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time position; part-time work is not offered, and the position requires a non-compete agreement. The position can be performed remotely within the U.S. or from the company’s Greenwood Village, Colorado office for candidates close enough. The company describes itself as a family-owned warranty claims management company serving more than 1,400 clients for over 35 years.

Requirements

Previously held a Warranty Administrator position at a franchised automotive dealership.
Ability to motivate others, particularly dealership personnel, to achieve their highest potential.
Good working knowledge of DMS software.
Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments.
Knowledge of warranty accounting processes.
Proficiency in reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes.
Certified or trained by at least one manufacturer.

Responsibilities

Review claims for manufacturer compliance with policy and procedures.
Use the proprietary CARS application to help resolve dealer compliance issues.
Book claims.
Close claims.
Submit claims for payment.
Account for and clear differences in payment.
Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules regularly to support proper cash flow for dealer clients.
Maintain appropriate certifications and knowledge of updated policies and procedures.
Help dealerships comply with manufacturer policy.
Identify training opportunities within dealerships.
