The Russ Darrow Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Kia Service Manager to lead our automotive service department. Requirements

  • Experience managing an automotive service department
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and service processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a dealership service manager
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service department operations for efficiency and quality
  • Lead, coach, and support Service Advisors, Technicians, and staff
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
  • Manage workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements
  • Work with dealership leadership and manufacturer partners
