About The Position

The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and supervises Store Associates. The role includes opening and closing the store, handling deposits, supporting sales and performance goals, helping train staff, replenishing merchandise, maintaining store standards, delivering excellent customer service, protecting company assets, and processing e-commerce orders as needed. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work a schedule based on business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate to, and follow up with Store Associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on daily store operations, product placement, sales goals, UPT, ADS, and E-Mail Capture goals.
• Assist in training staff on company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily merchandise replenishments.
• Maintain a clean and neat sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms, as well as an organized stockroom.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and customer service to every customer.
• Partner with store management to protect company assets.
• Ensure e-commerce orders are filled and processed in a timely manner according to company standards, as needed.
