About The Position

The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and supervises Store Associates. The role includes opening and closing the store, handling deposits, supporting sales and store performance goals, assisting with staff training and merchandise replenishment, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, delivering excellent customer service, protecting company assets, and processing e-commerce orders as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work a schedule based on business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate to, and follow up with Store Associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on day-to-day store operations, product placement, and sales, UPT, ADS, and E-Mail Capture goals.
• Assist in training staff on company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily merchandise replenishments.
• Maintain clean and neat sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom organized.
• Provide a superior customer experience and excellent customer service to every customer.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to protect company assets.
• Ensure e-commerce orders are filled and processed in a timely manner according to company standards, as needed.
