About The Position

The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and supervises Store Associates. The role includes opening and closing the store, handling deposits, supporting sales goals, maintaining store standards, and delivering excellent customer service. The position is part-time and may require working nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work a schedule based on business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate tasks to, and follow up with Store Associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on day-to-day store operations, product placement, and achieving sales, UPT, ADS, and email-capture goals.
• Assist in training staff on company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and neat sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom organized.
• Provide a superior customer experience and excellent customer service to every customer.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to protect company assets.
• Ensure e-commerce orders are filled and processed promptly according to company standards, as needed.
