About The Position

Cozy Earth is seeking a dependable and motivated Keyholder to support daily operations at its retail store and provide customers with a warm, welcoming experience. The Keyholder serves as a brand ambassador, promotes Cozy Earth products, and helps deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes opening and closing the store, serving as manager on duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent, supporting sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, assisting with inventory and merchandising, and collaborating with store leadership to coach and guide team members. The stated base pay range is $22–$25 per hour; actual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Passion for home luxury products and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while following operational and security protocols.
• Serve as manager on duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent.
• Enforce store policies and maintain a safe, clean, and organized shopping environment.
• Greet customers, respond to product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers throughout the shopping journey, from product selection through checkout.
• Use sales techniques to promote luxury bedding, sleepwear, loungewear, and bath products.
• Support store management and the retail team in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Train and guide team members in sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Assist with restocking, merchandise tagging, and inventory counts.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store by following merchandising guidelines.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.
