About The Position
Cozy Earth is seeking a dependable and motivated Keyholder to support daily retail store operations and provide customers with a warm, welcoming shopping experience. The Keyholder serves as a brand ambassador, shares product knowledge, supports sales goals, and helps maintain a safe, clean, organized, and visually appealing store. The role may serve as manager on duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent and works closely with store management and the retail team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Passion for home luxury products and commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.

- Supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store while following operational and security protocols.
- Serve as manager on duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent.
- Enforce store policies and maintain a safe, clean, and organized shopping environment.
- Greet customers, answer product questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers from product selection through checkout.
- Use sales techniques to promote Cozy Earth bedding, sleepwear, loungewear, and bath products.
- Support store management and the retail team in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and care instructions.
- Train and guide team members in sharing product knowledge with customers.
- Assist with restocking shelves, tagging merchandise, and conducting inventory counts.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store by following merchandising guidelines.
- Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to coach and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
