A CorePower Yoga Instructor delivers an extraordinary student experience by creating a welcoming studio environment, guiding students through CPY-aligned classes, and supporting students in their personal growth. Instructors build supportive relationships, remain accessible and approachable, ensure student safety, and embody CorePower Yoga’s values. Instructors teach at least two CorePower Yoga classes per week, with a minimum of four hours in the studio. They are scheduled to arrive 30 minutes before and remain 30 minutes after each class to review studio communications, plan classes using CPY tools, and connect with students and the studio community. The role also includes welcoming and checking in students, handling point-of-sale transactions and other front-desk duties, completing assigned cleaning tasks, and promoting current CPY programs and initiatives. Instructors are assigned a home studio and supporting studios, where they teach scheduled permanent classes, prioritize substitute-teaching support, receive feedback and communications, and help grow the community. CorePower Yoga is the nation’s largest yoga studio brand, with over 200 locations, digital livestream and on-demand classes, and thousands of yoga teachers.
