About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Keyholder to support the leadership team at its Levi’s store. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Keyholder models and coaches an excellent consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role calls for someone who is consumer-centric, proactive, open-minded, and committed to Levi Strauss & Co.’s values of originality and integrity, empathy, courage, and performance. The Keyholder helps maximize sales, trains team members in selling behaviors, supports operational and visual merchandising needs, and helps create a positive shopping experience while meeting store and individual performance goals.

The role requires following store policies and management directives, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform the described physical tasks. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The position is listed as part-time, located in Portland, Oregon, and pays the higher of the applicable minimum wage or $15.40–$25.65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Must comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Must consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach an excellent consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals.
• Help train store staff and model Levi Strauss & Co. selling behaviors and authentic customer service.
• Support product movement to the sales floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience and support key initiatives.
• Comply with store policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
