About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager is an integral member of the store management team, developing the store team and helping implement strategies and operational practices that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The Assistant Manager assumes responsibility for the store when the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager is absent.

The role supports the leadership team by growing sales, coaching and motivating team members, overseeing daily operations, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position at Washington Square Mall in Tigard, Oregon. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $36.70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven skills in coaching and training.
• Ability to exercise discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Ability to serve as a collaborative role model and exhibit behaviors aligned with company culture.
• Ability to handle lifting up to 40 lbs. and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Help implement strategies and operational practices that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.
• Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.
• Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
• Mentor and motivate team members by providing guidance and leading by example.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
