About The Position

YETI is hiring a full-time Keyholder for its store at Washington Square Mall in Tigard, Oregon. The Keyholder provides leadership support and direction to the store team, helps execute company strategies, and coaches and motivates team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. YETI stores serve as community hubs where outdoor enthusiasts can connect, share experiences, and build relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Passion for outdoor pursuits.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds as needed, and to stand for an entire work shift.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through effective operations and a focus on customer experience.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, carrying out daily store operations, and communicating with the team.
• Manage inventory receiving and replenishment processes efficiently and accurately.
• Execute new-product launch floor sets and merchandising direction in line with brand strategy.
• Own assigned areas of responsibility, including inventory and product processing, visual merchandising, and community events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help customers identify products suited to their pursuits.
• Represent the YETI brand and inspire customers to become lifelong YETI customers.
• Support the execution of in-store community marketing events.
• Coach and develop team members’ key skills to improve sales performance.
• Assess Guide performance and share observations with store leadership to identify development opportunities.
• Build team morale and inspire the team to perform at a high level.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers and a variety of stakeholders.
