About the position
We are seeking an experienced Keyholder to join our retail team at Mack Weldon's Boston Seaport location. As a Keyholder, you will work closely with the store management team to ensure smooth store operations and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, executing opening and closing duties, coordinating sales floor and back of house operations, and maintaining operational procedures. Additionally, you will act as a leader on the floor, mentor team members, and support store management in various projects and initiatives. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of retail experience and flexibility in working varied shifts, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor
- Execute store opening and closing duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sales floor and back of house operations in partnership with store management team
- Ensure operational, service, and staff zoning procedures are executed to company standards
- Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose and serving as the point of contact for customer service and operational questions
- Mentor team members and set an example for great customer experience and product knowledge
- Maintain general store systems and execute operational responsibilities
- Foster and support a productive employee culture in the store
- Gather feedback from customers, store team members, and observations to report to store management team
- Support store management team in projects and initiatives
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Must be flexible with working varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
