Brand Experience Associate, Boston Seaport (Part-Time)

We are seeking dynamic Brand Experience Associates to join our retail team in our new Boston Seaport store location. As a Brand Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, building customer relationships, and sharing the Mack Weldon brand story. You will be responsible for educating customers about our products, maintaining exceptional product knowledge, and creating an individualized customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the store team, support management initiatives, and strive to improve the overall store experience. Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience and flexibility with working hours are required for success in this role.

• Be a Mack Weldon brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
• Communicate the Mack Weldon brand story and philosophy to our customers
• Demonstrate and maintain exceptional product knowledge
• Continuously deliver an above and beyond and individualized customer experience for all guests
• Work collaboratively with all team members and cultivate a positive store team culture
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards, assistant store merchandising changes
• Develop, cultivate, and maintain customer relationships
• Support management team in projects and initiatives as needed
• Strive to improve the store experience and make suggestions to management team
