About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting sales goals, and contributing to a strong, successful team. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and maintains a promotion-from-within philosophy.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
