About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its sales team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers express themselves and find merchandise that meets their needs while supporting a strong team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, with opportunities for advancement through the company’s promotion-from-within philosophy. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
Offer extended service plans and financing options.
Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Base pay of $15.16–$16.00 plus commission on sales; final pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.
