About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is hiring a Key Sales Associate to engage customers, understand their needs, present merchandise and explain its features and benefits, and offer extended service plans and financing options. The role works with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals. The Key Sales Associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills for career development, and maintains a promotion-from-within philosophy.
