About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and its features and benefits, and offering service plans and financing options. The associate works with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills for career development, and promotes advancement from within.
Requirements
- Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.

- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
