About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate for its Coastal Grand Mall location in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The role focuses on creating a superior customer experience, helping customers express themselves, and contributing to individual and team sales goals. Key Sales Associates may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career skills, and maintains a promotion-from-within philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
